Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains what Anti Terminal ("we", "us") collects when you join the waitlist on waitlist.antiterminal.pro and when you use the Anti Terminal app, why we collect it, who else handles it, and how to ask us to delete it. Anti Terminal is in development: the app is open only to early-access testers, and this policy describes what it does today.
1. Who we are
Anti Terminal is a one-person company based in Brazil, and it is responsible for the data described here. For anything about your data, email founder@antiterminal.pro.
2. The waitlist on waitlist.antiterminal.pro
You can join in one of two ways, and we keep only what each one needs:
- With your email: the email address you type and the time you joined.
- With "Continue with X": you sign in to X through Privy, our login provider. We keep your public X handle, your numeric X account ID, the ID of the Privy account the sign-in created, and the time you joined. We never get your X password, never post for you and never read your messages. The page signs you out again as soon as you are on the list.
Joining the waitlist never asks for a wallet, a seed phrase or a payment. We use your email or handle only to contact you about Anti Terminal, such as when your early access opens.
3. The Anti Terminal app
When you sign in to the app, with X or with email through Privy, we store:
- Your account: the Privy account ID, and for each login method you linked, your X account ID and handle or your email address.
- Your profile: your username, display name, profile photo (taken from your X account when you sign in with X), banner and bio, if you set them.
- Your wallets: Privy creates embedded wallets for your account. We store their public addresses. We never see or store your private keys: they stay with Privy, and you can export them through Privy's own screen.
- Your trades: for each trade, the token, buy or sell, the amounts, the price and market cap at the time, and the on-chain transaction signature.
- Your activity on the social feed: the accounts you follow, the posts you like, your comments, and the captions on your posts.
Some of the app's settings, such as your watchlist and chart preferences, are kept only in your browser's local storage, and Privy keeps session data there so you stay signed in. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
4. What is public
- Your profile is public: username, display name, photo, banner, bio, followers and the X handle linked to it. Your email and your wallet addresses are not shown on it.
- Your buys appear on the public feed only if you turn sharing on, and it is off by default. A shared buy shows the token, amount, price, market cap, your caption and your username. Because the token, amount and time can be matched against public blockchain data, someone could work out which wallet made a shared buy.
- Trades on Solana are public and permanent on the blockchain. We cannot hide or delete a transaction once it is on-chain.
5. Trading
One-click trading is being built and is not switched on yet. When it is, and only if you approve Anti Terminal's signer for your wallet, our server asks Privy to sign your swaps, sends them to Jupiter to be routed, and reads the confirmed transaction from the Solana network to record the trade. A Privy policy limits what our signer can sign.
6. Technical data
Like any website, the services that run waitlist.antiterminal.pro and the app receive your IP address and the details of each request (such as the page asked for and your browser), and may keep them in their logs. Our servers use your IP address to limit how many requests one address can make, to protect the service. Your browser also loads the page's font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or advertising cookies.
7. Who else handles your data
We rely on these providers to run the waitlist and the app, and each handles only what its job needs:
- Privy: sign-in with X or email, and the embedded wallets and their keys.
- X: when you choose "Continue with X" or sign in with X.
- Supabase: the database where the waitlist and app data above are stored.
- Cloudflare: hosts waitlist.antiterminal.pro and the waitlist sign-up.
- Jupiter and Helius: route swaps and read the Solana network for your wallet, once trading is on.
- Google Fonts: the font the pages use.
- The provider that hosts the app.
The app's market data (prices, charts, holders, risk figures) comes from blockchain data and third-party data providers. Our server asks them about tokens, not about you.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
8. Where it is stored
Some of these providers process data outside Brazil, including in the United States.
9. How long we keep it
We keep a waitlist entry while the waitlist runs, and app data while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your waitlist entry or your account, we delete what we hold about you, except anything the law requires us to keep. Data already on the blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.
10. Your rights
Under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD), and similar laws where you live, you can ask us to confirm whether we hold data about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. Email founder@antiterminal.pro from the email address you signed up with, or tell us your X handle. In Brazil you can also complain to the national data protection authority (ANPD).
11. Adults only
Anti Terminal is for adults (18+). It is not meant for anyone under 18, and if we learn that someone under 18 signed up, we delete their data.
12. Changes
When what we collect changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
13. Contact
Questions or requests about your data: founder@antiterminal.pro.
